FactPattern Systems LLC (FactPattern) sells FactPattern as a monthly or annual subscription. Charges are billed in advance based on the plan and investigation volume in effect at the start of each billing period.

Workspace owners can cancel an active subscription at any time from billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. The workspace remains available until the end of that period; no further charges are made.

Refund terms are confirmed in the customer's written order or evaluation statement of work. Where a signed document sets refund terms, those terms apply.

Evaluations and proofs of value are scoped in writing before they begin and follow the terms in the evaluation statement of work. Where an evaluation is paid, the refund terms in the SOW take precedence over this policy.

Billing disputes must be raised within 60 days of the invoice date. Contact [email protected] with the invoice number and the disputed line items.
